A security deposit of $500 will be collected using the credit card on file 2 days before check-in and released automatically 2 days after checkout (given there are no damages)
You’ll need to purchase parking passes ($50 each, cash or card) from the Island Winds East front desk. Each party is limited to 2 passes which are valid for the duration of your stay.
This unit is in Island Winds West building on the 6th floor. Elevators, luggage trolleys, and shopping carts are available to help transport your items.
Visited Gulf Shores with my teenage son and niece for Spring Break. This was a great location right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay at Matt’s place although we were out more than in. It was clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach.

This spot is fantastic! You literally walk right out onto the prestige white-sand beach. The condo is excellent for a family of four, like us. And Matthew was a fabulous host who had great restaurant recommendations and quick response to my questions. Would definitely recommend staying here anytime of year!
