A security deposit of $500 will be collected using the credit card on file 2 days before check-in and released automatically 2 days after checkout (given there are no damages)
You’ll need to purchase parking passes ($50 each, cash or card) from the Island Winds East front desk. Each party is limited to 2 passes which are valid for the duration of your stay.
This unit is in Island Winds West building on the 6th floor. Elevators, luggage trolleys, and shopping carts are available to help transport your items.
Matthew was a great host and the place was even better!! Super quick to respond to questions and we even extended our stay! It was a great use of space to add the bunk beds and my family was able to move around the whole condo with ease. Beach access was direct and not a public access point. Pool and its area was very well kept. We are already looking forward to coming back
