A security deposit of $500 will be collected using the credit card on file 2 days before check-in and released automatically 2 days after checkout (given there are no damages)
You’ll need to purchase parking passes ($50 each, cash or card) from the Island Winds East front desk. Each party is limited to 2 passes which are valid for the duration of your stay.
This unit is in Island Winds West building on the 6th floor. Elevators, luggage trolleys, and shopping carts are available to help transport your items.
