You’ll need to purchase parking passes ($50 each, cash or card) from the Island Winds East front desk. Each party is limited to 2 passes which are valid for the duration of your stay.
This unit is in Island Winds West building on the 6th floor. Elevators, luggage trolleys, and shopping carts are available to help transport your items.
Great location. Quiet building. Amazing view of the Gulf. Easy walk to local stores/restaurants. Never needed car after arriving .
Outdoor pool heated. Walk out the door and you are on be beach.
Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Appliances all worked/in good shape.
Bathrooms/liens were clean.
Would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

The weather was not cooperating support stay. Only two nice days, the rest was hurricane windy. So we spent 80% of our time inside. Playing cards and watching TV. Very comfortable place for about 10 days inside!!!!! Aside from a few simple house items suggestions it was a great place to be.

Enjoyed the property for its location, cleanliness, description accuracy, ease of access, and proactive communication.
Beach access is right out the building door, plenty of walkable beach to the east and west. Restaurants are walkable (try Lauria’s across the street).
Other than being surprised by a need to pay for a parking permit, overall a great stay and will be back.
