You’ll need to purchase parking passes ($50 each, cash or card) from the Island Winds East front desk. Each party is limited to 2 passes which are valid for the duration of your stay.
This unit is in Island Winds West building on the 6th floor. Elevators, luggage trolleys, and shopping carts are available to help transport your items.
In the heart of the action in Gulf Shores. My son and I had a great time and enjoyed the area. Great gelato across the street at the Italian bar/restaurant. Updated baths and well equipped kitchen, clean bed linens in a heavily used condo/apartment. Building management kept up with cleaning the grills and pool and entry vestibule but the building feels a little grungy.

Great place and great location. The beach in front of the condo was fantastic. Clean and kid friendly. We were told when purchasing the parking pass that there are strict rules about hanging anything on balcony railing. It kept the building looking nice but good to know. Everything worked well. Beach chairs and some beach stuff were appreciated. Bring your own beach towels. We liked the restaurant across the street – Laurias for waffles and sandwiches. We did not have to get in the car to get to most things. Overall high marks for Gulf Shores and this unit.
