Room #2 is upstairs in a lovely remodeled old home. It was very quiet although we did hear normal speaking tones from people next door and downstairs. Luckily they were quiet during evening hours. The room and bathroom are sparse with upgraded linens, towels, soaps. We appreciated the two types of pillows to find one that suits us best. Would have liked a bigger shower stall and area to set my things. Little less than a half mile walk to downtown Chelan. Nice, clean basic room!

This is a great, easy place to stay for a night. It is expensive however for being a small, single bedroom with a queen-size bed. The pillows were uncomfortable (thick foam pillows) for my husband and I so I would recommend bringing your own. The only other negative to this place is that it was nearly $300 per night. Seemed expensive for what it was, although it is advertised fairly and the room and bathroom were clean. Matthew is also responsive and flexible. Overall it was a good experience.
